CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (Click here

Classes focus on a gentle form of
Hatha Yoga. Participants are encouraged and supported to work at
their own level. With reminders of breath, honoring of one’s body and
being true to oneself, participants cultivate the gift of awareness.
Basics - this class develops a good
foundation through breath awareness, physical poses (asanas),
flexibility, balance, contemplation and relaxation.
Continuing - building on your basics.
Core - for those wanting more strength and
confidence in the abs, back & pelvic floor. Some gentle stretches will
be included.
Gentle - a restorative class focusing on
doing less! We’ll explore breathing and simple poses for releasing tension and
stress in the body.
Slow Flow -
basic poses are
taught and linked together with the breath for a beautiful practice.
Stretch - wake up your body while stretching with breath
awareness. All levels welcome.
Wise Women - this class for women explores
a slower, deeper approach to asanas, some chanting, and philosophy.
One year of yoga required.
Class sizes limited to 12
participants for maximum value.
All yoga equipment supplied;
however, it is highly recommended that for personal hygiene
participants have their own mats.
If space available, makeup
classes provided during current session only. Transfer of classes is
not possible. Limited drop-ins
available - please call Patty to arrange.
No Scents Makes
Good Sense! Due to others' allergies & sensitivities, PLEASE
avoid wearing any scented product on the day of your practice.
